Tropik Wood Power Project

RCR Energy Systems has delivered our first major project in the Fiji Islands. Our client, project developer AJYNK, has negotiated a Power Purchase Agreement with Fiji Electricity Authority (FEA) on behalf of the power plant owner, Tropik Wood, to deliver electricity supply to the national grid on Viti Levu, the main island of Fiji.

Commitment to customer service

McArthur and Greer, based in Dunedin, New Zealand have entered into an agreement with RCR which now sees them operate under the banner of RCR Energy Service.

Appendix 4D Report & Half Year Accounts

The net profit after tax (NPAT) result for the half year ending 31 December 2007 was another record result up 11% on the corresponding period last year to $9.13 million, on sales of $223.5 million. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) rose to $13.2 million and earnings per share (EPS) increased slightly to 7.6c over the corresponding period last year.

Appointment of New Chairman

RCR Tomlinson Ltd (RCR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Roderick James McKenzie Brown as Chairman of the Company effective from 1 January 2008. Mr Brown (62) has been a non executive director of RCR since October 2005.
