Apprenticeships and Traineeships

RCR has a strong commitment to its apprenticeship program – the key to training our future workforce.

RCR has a dedicated Apprentice Manager to oversee the program and to provide assistance to both the apprentice and supervisor. Our Apprentices are uniquely placed to benefit from exposure to a broad range of skills, due to to our operational diversity. RCR’s integrated structure provides opportunities for cross-skilling within our key sectors. Currently there are over 200 apprentices and trainees across Australia and New Zealand.
