Valve Supervisor (QLD)

RCR Resources Eagle Pty Ltd specialises in the design, manufacture, maintenance and repairs of mining equipment & process equipment for the resource industry throughout Australia. We are currently seeking a Valve Supervisor for our Gladstone Workshop.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the position is responsible for the supervision of valve and pump refurbishment work.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead, delegate and prioritise work for a team of approximately 15 people
• Manage availability of parts
• Promote excellent safety standards
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients
• Contribute to ongoing development of procedures
• Become part of a national business providing technical solutions to its clients. 

The ideal candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary and possess:

• Mechanical Trade and/or experience in machining and valve works
• Manufacturing, engineering or fabrication experience.
• Experience and the willingness to undertake machining and welding work
