Appointment of New Chairman

RCR Tomlinson Ltd (RCR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Roderick James McKenzie Brown as Chairman of the Company effective from 1 January 2008. Mr Brown (62) has been a non executive director of RCR since October 2005.

Mr Brown is an engineer with extensive experience in marketing and general management. He has held various senior management positions, including Managing Director, with companies involved in the engineering, mining, and industrial service sectors in Australia, USA and Europe and has 18 years experience as a company director.
