New Director Appointment and Executive Changes
Appointment of New Executive Director. RCR Tomlinson Ltd (RCR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jeffrey Charles Hogan as an Executive Director of the Company effective from 1 January 2008.
Mr Hogan (49) is an electrician by training and worked for WMC resources as a Supervisor and for SECWA/Mines Department as a Mines Inspector prior to founding Positron in Kalgoorlie in 1987.
As Founder and CEO of the Positron Group Mr Hogan built the business such that operations were established across Australia with sales exceeding $100 million and employees numbering 550 at the time of sale to RCR Tomlinson Ltd.
Since RCR purchased the Positron Group in 2007 Mr Hogan has held the position of Executive General Manager, Electrical Business Unit for RCR Tomlinson Ltd and his responsibilities include integration, organic growth and business alignment.
Mr Hogan is a significant stake holder in RCR.
He brings the following attributes to the Board:

Executive Changes
The Board of RCR Tomlinson Ltd (RCR) advises that Mr Charles Birmingham will step down from executive duties with the Company from 1 January 2008. Mr Birmingham will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Birmingham has been a director of RCR since January 1991 and involved as a Senior Manager of the business since 1985. Mr Birmingham was responsible for introducing the current product line of Apron Feeders into the company’s product portfolio.
The Board of RCR Tomlinson Ltd wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Birmingham for his extensive contribution in his executive role, particularly with the rapid growth since the original listing in 1995, and looks forward to the continuing benefit of his professionalism and experience in his ongoing role as a Non-Executive Director.
