RCR Tomlinson Limited (“RCR”) advises that RCR Heat Treatment Pty Ltd (formerly trading as RCR Austheat Pty Limited) (“RCRHT”), a subsidiary of RCR, has received a letter of demand from Goldamere Pty Limited trading as Australian Bulk Minerals.
The directors of RCR have made preliminary inquiries and are of the strong view that
RCRHT did not cause the damage or losses claimed by Australian Bulk Minerals.
