RCR change in executive management
RCR wishes to advise that John Noordhoek has decided to resign as CEO to take on his former role in RCR as COO and that an executive search firm will be engaged to recruit a new CEO.
A new CEO will be appointed to drive the company ahead and maximise returns to shareholders through improved financial performance and continued growth.
The board extends its thanks to John who has made a significant contribution to RCR and stepped up as acting CEO during a difficult period of the former CEO’s incapacitation due to ill health before being appointed CEO in 2007.
The continued growth and size of the company’s order book and tendering levels currently experienced by RCR requires John’s specific skill set to be utilised in managing that aspect of the business. John will continue as CEO until the new appointment is made.
