Mr McColl, a director of the Company from 19 January 2005, was required to retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting but did not seek re-election.

The Company wishes to express its gratitude to Mr John McColl for his valuable contribution as a director over the past 2.8 years. His experience and ability has been a great help to this Company particularly during this growth period. We wish him well in his retirement.
