During his 11 years as Chairman, Mr Lynch has led the Board through a period of strong Company growth. When Mr Lynch was appointed as Chairman the Company had annual revenues of approximately $18 million. RCR’s sales this year are forecast to exceed $500 million, with four profitable and growing operating divisions overseen by a harmonious Board of Directors supported by a cohesive shareholder base.

The Board of RCR Tomlinson Ltd sincerely thanks Mr Lynch for his professionalism, energy, perspective and experience during the period of his service to the Company.
