High Pressure Watertube Hot Water Boilers
- Output range: 7MW – 50 MW
- Operating pressure range: Typically up to 17 bar
- Temperature: up to 200 °C
- Fuels: gas, oil, dual fuel, wood coal
Gas and oil fired high pressure watertube hot water boilers are robust O-type or D-type units, purpose-designed to AS1228.
Solid fuel systems typically incorporate a
moving grate and automatic de-ashing systems for both fly and grate ash. RCR’s
High Pressure Hot Water Boilers are designed for minimal operator intervention.
The tall watertube furnace and secondary air system achieve excellent
suspension firing along with an amount of on bed combustion resulting in a
tolerant and responsive unit.
UltraTM Hot Water Heaters
Proven widely in Europe, return flame boilers achieve 2 effective flow passes within the combustion furnace tube, followed by a final pass through multiple tubes fitted with spiral flow retarders to maximise heat transfer and thermal efficiency.
- Output range: 300 kW – 3,500 kW
- Operating pressure range: 5 bar (up to 17 bar on request)
- Temperature: up to 90 °C (up to 185°C on request)
- Fuels: gas, oil, dual fuel

- Return flame fire tube design (Three-pass wetback on larger units)
- Hinged front door for full furnace access
- High thermal efficiency; saving on fuel consumption
