    Dr Dalgleish has over 20 years' experience in executive management roles, including service as Chief Executive of United Group Ltd, Infrastructure (UGLI), Managing Director, Montgomery Watson Constructors – Asia, and executive roles with Thames Water International and Thames Water Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. Paul is a professional engineer, holding a Doctorate in Business and an Honours degree in Engineering.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr Phipps has over 20 years' experience in large contracting and engineering companies with complex Infrastructure, Resources and Energy portfolios.  Mr Phipps has a strong financial and operational background and has been CFO of RCR Tomlinson for 3 years. Prior to this, recent roles have included Executive General Manager Finance at UGL's Engineering business and Executive General Manager Finance with UGL's Infrastructure and Rail business

    Mr McCullough is a professional engineer with a progressive international career spanning over 15 years in the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources sectors.  He has a strong background in end-to-end multi-project management and has held numerous positions in operational, development and corporate areas with Leightons Contractors, AE&E and M.W.Kellogg (UK)

    Group Executive - Strategy and Corporate Development

    Mr Salter is a senior executive with over 35 years experience in the Energy, Environmental and Power Generation industries working with major international companies including Babcock Wilcox Australia, ABB Power Generation, Alstom Power and AE&E Australia. Prior to joining RCR, Graham was CEO/Vice President of AE&E Australia.

    Legal Counsel

    Ms Low is a qualified professional with considerable experience in private practice advising clients in the areas of commercial transactions, construction, company and property law. Ms Low has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Western Australia and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
