  • Roderick Brown
    Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman

    Mr Brown is an engineer with extensive experience in marketing and general management. Roderick has held various senior management positions, including Managing Director, with companies involved in the engineering, mining, and industrial service sectors in Australia, USA and Europe and has 20 years experience as a Company Director.

  • Paul Dalgleish
    DBA, BEng Hons, FIEAust, MAICD
    Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

    Dr Dalgleish has more than 20 years experience in executive management roles, including service as Chief Executive of United Group Ltd, Infrastructure (UGLI) and Managing Director of Montgomery Watson Constructors (Asia). Dr Dalgleish holds a Doctorate in Business and an honours degree in Engineering. Dr Dalgleish joined RCR in May 2009 as Chief Executive Officer and has now assumed the title of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

  • Eva Skira
    Independent Non-Executive Director

    Ms Skira has a background in banking, capital markets, stockbroking and  financial markets, previously holding executive positions at Commonwealth Bank in the Corporate Banking/Capital Markets divisions, and later with stockbroker Barclays de Zoete Wedd. Ms Skira has served on a number of Boards across a range of industries and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Macmahon Holdings Ltd, Designate Chair of Trustees of St John of God Healthcare Group, Director of the Western Australian Cricket Association Board, a Member of the Council for the Australian National Maritime Museum, a Director of WA Parks Foundation Ltd and a Board Member of Western Power.

  • Lloyd Jones
    BEng, MBA, Gad.AICD
    Independent Non-Executive Director

    Mr Jones is an engineer with significant experience in mining, energy, construction, heavy industrial operations, finance and mergers & acquisitions. During his 25 year career at Alcoa, Mr Jones held senior management roles in Australia, USA, Japan and China. Most recently, he served as President of Cerberus Capital Management's Asia Advisory Unit and as Deputy Chairman of Doric Group. Mr Jones is presently a Director of Bluescope Steel Limited and a former advisory Director to a division of Deutsche Bank of Australia. He is also a member of the advisory committee to the Dean of Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science at UWA.

  • Bruce James
    BE (Civil)
    Independent Non-Executive Director

    Mr James has significant experience in infrastructure, resources, oil & gas, defence and energy operations in Australia and New Zealand. During a 35 year career at Transfield Construction Pty Ltd and Transfield Services Limited, Mr James held a number of executive management roles including Chief Executive Officer Transfield Services, Australia and New Zealand and Chief Executive Resources and Energy, until his retirement in 2013.

  • Sue Palmer
    BComm, CA, FAICD
    Independent Non-Executive Director

    Ms Palmer is a chartered accountant by profession and has held senior financial and commercial roles across a range of industry sectors - construction, mining, energy, infrastructure and agriculture - with her last executive role being as CFO of Thiess. With more than 15 years experience as a company director, Ms Palmer currently sits on the boards of New Hope Corporation Limited, Charter Hall Retail REIT, Brisbane Grammar School and QUBE Holdings. 

  • David Robinson
    BEng (Civil), FAICD, FIEAust
    Independent Non-Executive Director

    Mr Robinson is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience across the heavy civil and construction, petrochemical, oil and gas, mechanical, underground, marine and commercial building sectors. During a 37 year career at McConnell Dowell Mr Robinson held a number of Management and Executive roles, including 15 years as Managing Director & CEO, until his retirement in 2015. He has also previously served on the boards of Aveng Limited, Infrastructure Partnerships Australia and Australian Constructors’ Association Limited.

  • Darryl Edwards
    Company Secretary

    Mr Edwards is a company secretary with over 15 years' experience in the mining, media, manufacturing and corporate advisory sectors. Mr Edwards has experience in advising ASX listed entities in the areas of corporate governance, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and legal matters. Mr Edwards' qualifications include commerce and secretarial practice and he has also studied law.
