RCR has a firm commitment to our apprenticeship program – the key to training our future workforce.
RCR has a dedicated Apprentice Manager to oversee the program and to provide assistance to both the apprentice and supervisor. Our Apprentices are uniquely placed to benefit from exposure to a broad range of skills, due to to our operational diversity. Most recently Stacy Smyth, one of RCR's apprentices in New Zealand, placed 10th overall worldwide (welding) in the World Skills finals event in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
