RCR Tomlinson Ltd is a leading ASX listed engineering services provider specialising in the design, manufacture, maintenance and repair of mining equipment, industrial boiler systems and process equipment for the resource industry throughout Australia.

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join our Heat Treatment Division based in Welshpool, Western Australia. This position is responsible for assisting in reception and the daily operation of the office, performing basic accounts duties, payroll data entry and other general secretarial and administrative functions.

Ideally you will have:

  • experience in a similar administration role
  • excellent organisational skills
  • great phone manner
  • the ability to work in a team environment
  • the ability to communication effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • the ability to adapt to a changing work environment
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • sound computer skills especially with MS Office
