RCR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE PTY LTD is a subsidiary of RCR Tomlinson Ltd a leading ASX listed, West Australian based, national leader in multi-disciplined engineering specialising in engineering, construction, fabrication, machining, maintenance and heat transfer.

This varied position includes:

  • all aspects of supplier invoice processing
  • processing time sheet and payroll information
  • assisting with administration of rental properties
  • switchboard relief
  • general administration duties

If you enjoy travelling there is the opportunity to join the branch networks and project site administration relief team after a training and qualifying period.

Ideally you will have the ability to:

  • adapt to changing priorities
  • communicate effectively
  • function as an integral part of team
  • identify, analyse and offer solutions to problems

Essential to your success in this role will be:

  • experience in a similar role
  • sound computer skills, particularly with MSOffice suite.
  • fast accurate data entry
  • strong organisation skills
  • great telephone manner
  • a "do it once and do it right" attitude

Relevant qualifications and experience with SAP will be highly regarded.
