Administration Officer (Pinjarra, WA)

RCR Tomlinson Ltd is a leading ASX listed engineering services provider specialising in the design, manufacture, maintenance and repair of mining equipment, industrial boiler systems and process equipment for the resource industry throughout Australia.

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join our Rubber-lining Division based in Pinjarra, Western Australia. This position is responsible for assisting in reception and the daily operation of the office, performing basic accounts duties, payroll data entry and other general secretarial and administrative functions.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in a similar Administration role
  • Good organisational skills
  • Great phone manner
  • The ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • The ability to communication effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Sound computer skills with MS Office (SAP experience would be an advantage).
