Branch Manager (Karratha, WA)

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Manager to lead our Branch operations in Karratha. Reporting to the Regional Manager – North West you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management. Your success will be measured on achieving business objectives and satisfying customer requirements.
Working within the guidelines of the RCR business processes, you will be given considerable autonomy to provide leadership and development to the team, whilst identifying new business opportunities and managing the bottom line.
In order to succeed in the role it is envisaged that you will possess the following:
Excellent people management skills
Strong client liaising and commitment to customer service excellence
Solid commercial and financial acumen
Familiarity with current HR and IR statutory regulations
Commitment to quality, safety and the environment
Exceptional leadership, planning and communication skills
You will need to be a resilient, responsible self-starter with high energy levels and the ability to lead and expand the business. Your education, skills and work history will demonstrate your competence in business development and operations at a Management level in a similar environment.
Experience in materials processing, maintenance projects and shut-down services management would be advantageous, but are not essential.
