Business Process Manager

Reporting to Operations Manager SA, you will control, identify and index all documentation and forms in use at RCR, striving for best practices in Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety and Lean process flow.

  • Qualified auditor with a high level of knowledge in QA systems.
  • Cert IV in OH & S.
  • Track record in driving continuous improvement.
  • Lean and 5S execution.
  • Excellent people/communication skills.
  • Possess Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (Preferable).
  • High level of computer skills and is familiar with Microsoft Office.
