Our Bunbury operations are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their Design/Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager - Engineering, you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and efficient design support to the manufacturing workshops
  
• Assisting with the project management of jobs and contracts via contract management, scheduling and costing of manufacturing
  
• Ensuring statutory compliance, engineering standards and maintenance procedures are followed
  
• Performing site visits, liaising with customers and RCR staff giving “hands-on” advice/assistance as required.
  

The successful applicant will be a “hands on” type of person, holding a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering preferably with 5 years post graduate experience in a mining or heavy manufacturing industry. You would ideally have had experience with materials handling equipment within a heavy manufacturing environment and will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation.
