Raymond Lynch LLB

Mr Lynch is a Lawyer and has 30 years' experience as a Director and Chairman of several West Australian public mining companies. He has been Chairman of RCR Tomlinson Ltd since March 1996.

John Linden B.Sc (Hons), MIAMM
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Linden is an experienced executive director and international marketer. He was appointed Managing Director of the Company in July 1998.

Charles Birmingham
Executive Director

Mr Birmingham is an experienced executive in the Western Australian engineering industry. He has been associated with RCR Tomlinson Ltd since 1985 and was a General Manager in Bunbury prior to relocating to Perth in 1994.

John Noordhoek
Chief Operating Officer

John Noordhoek, a qualified Mechanical Engineer, has held senior management positions in major Australian companies for the past 20 years and more recently has been General Manager of the Company’s Bunbury Operations.  John has served as an alternate director and contributed significantly in that capacity.

Roderick Brown

Roderick Brown has qualifications in Mining Engineering and is an experienced senior executive with senior roles at Atlas Copco including President of its Wagner Mining & Construction Equipment Co in the USA for a period of five years.  He has been General Manager of CSR Construction Materials Western Region and more recently CEO of Joyce Corporation Ltd.

He is currently a non-executive director of Kresta Holdings Ltd, and Chairman and non-executive director of Immersive Technologies Pty Ltd.

The Company sees great benefit in having access to Roderick’s knowledge and experience as an independent director of the company.



John McColl
Non-Executive Director

John McColl is an experienced engineer with certificates in Structural Engineering, Welding Supervision and Metallurgy, and has 40 years experience in the Design, Manufacture and Construction of pressure retaining equipment. 

He was responsible for building the Stelform Group of Companies (recently acquired by RCR) to sales of $29 million with 120 employees over a period of 15 years.

John has a particular interest in Australian manufacturing and training young people.

The Company sees great benefit in having access to John’s knowledge and experience in the boiler and pressure equipment business and also in having a Director based on the East Coast in line with the Company’s National coverage with workshops in Brisbane and Newcastle.



Kevin Edwards
Non-Executive Director

Mr Edwards (64) graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Western Australia in 1964 and earlier this year retired as Chairman of Partners with Minter Ellison in Perth.

During his illustrious legal career Kevin has served as a partner of Stone James & Co, opening its London office in 1976, served as a Director of the Barrack House Group of Companies, served as a Commissioner of the National Companies & Securities Commission (part-time), and established his own law firm of Edwards Thompson which merged with Minter Ellison in 2001.

Mr Edwards specialises in Corporate, Commercial and Natural Resource Development areas of the law.

In his non-legal career Kevin has served as:

  • Director of Western Australian Financial Institutions Authority;
  • Commissioner and Deputy Chairman of the West Australian Football Commission;
  • Chairman of Directors of Indian Pacific Limited (owner of West Coast Eagles); as well as
  • A member of a number of Government review bodies and a Director of private investment and development companies.

Kevin’s experience and knowledge will be a great asset to the Company.
