Service Manager - RCR Energy (Smithfield, NSW)

Reporting to the State Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for the service business to ensure efficient and effective management of the service operations and projects. Maintaining a customer focus is a key function of this position.


The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience in leadership and modern management philosophies, high level organisation skills, have excellent communication skills, administration of business practises, have a strong desire to initiate and support the company’s objectives to maintain and achieve growth targets. The applicant will be predominantly from a technical/service background. Previous boiler industry experience would be an advantage.
