Mechanical Supervisors (Karratha, WA)

RCR is currently seeking a Supervisor to join the team at the Karratha branch for various sized site/shutdown work throughout Karratha and the Northwest.
The duties for this position will include;
• Providing strong leadership and supervision to Leading Hands, Trades people and Apprentices
• Management of requirements for site business activities and assist workshop supervisors with resource requirements.
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of Work packs
• Business Development
• Promoting and adhering to all OHS&E policies and procedures
• Conducting daily Pre-Start Meetings with work crews
• Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained by all personnel and sub contractors
To be successful with your application you will need to have the following;
• Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor with Fixed plant maintenance/Workshop within the mining industry.
• Strong leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to Problem Solve and work under pressure
• Experience in Business Development
• Relevant Trade qualification
• Supervisor Accreditation (preferred)
• Section 44 (preferred not essential)
Other key requirements:

  •   3 Relevant  working references that can be contacted from within the last 5 years of working history
  •   Ability to undergo a pre - employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
