Recruitment Receptionist (Perth, WA)

RCR Tomlinson Ltd currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate receptionist to join our corporate recruitment department based in Perth CBD. We are seeking a confident and motivated individual with a cheerful, friendly, and outgoing disposition who enjoys working in a busy professional environment. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be part of a well established recruitment team.

 

Your key area of responsibilities will include:

 

• Answering medium to high volume inbound calls, and directing to internal staff.
• Screen all phone enquiries.
• Distribution of incoming recruitment applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurate and efficient distribution of incoming and outgoing company mail and courier deliveries to RCR Divisions.
• Meeting and greeting people with professional presentation as face of the company.
• Accurately maintaining recruitment database / HR files.
• Manage stationery purchase orders.


 

We are looking for someone who has the desire to succeed both individually and as part of a team. To be considered for this role it is important that you possess:

 


• Professional telephone and personal manner.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels of the organisation.
• The ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with Good Time Management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• The ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• A flexible, willing “can do” attitude.
