Administration Assistant (Welshpool, WA)

RCR Infrastructure are currently seeking applications from driven and competent Administration Assistants to work in our Welshpool Office and cover a maternity leave contract until October 2015.
Reporting to WA Operations Coordinator, this role will be based in Welshpool, WA and will take responsibility for providing administrative and clerical services in an effective manner to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an efficient manner.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

•Typing correspondence, reports and other documents.
•Maintaining office files.
•Opening and distributing mail.
•Taking minutes at meetings.
•Distributing minutes.
•Coordinating repairs to office equipment.
•Maintaining confidential records and files.
•Raising and maintaining purchase orders.
•Timesheet entry and review.
•Purchase card and spendvision processing.
•Customer contact and support.
•Supporting the minor works and service division with administrative requirements.
•Coordinating travel requirements.
•Liaising with AR/ AP.
•Other duties as the role requires.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities:

•1 year + administrative experience.
•Experience in implementing standard processes and systems.
•Experience and understanding of service and construction industries would be a strong advantage.
•Intermediate skills using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
•The ability and willingness to learn new software packages.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Attention to detail and strong time management skills. Ability to work to deadlines.
•The ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
