Spare Parts Sales Officer (Bunbury, WA)

RCR currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Sales Officer to join our Spare Parts, Warehouse and Inventory team based in Bunbury, Western Australia.

We are seeking a technically minded, confident and motivated individual with a friendly and outgoing disposition who enjoys working in a busy professional environment.

 

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

 

• Liaising with clients on their spare parts requirements, with a view to increase revenue with your area of responsibility.
• Liaise with RCR internal and external suppliers to ensure all client spare parts orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Improve the performance of the portfolio to ensure on time delivery of spare parts and information in a manner that ensures compliance with standards set by clients and RCR.
• Day to day management of spares sales, purchasing, expediting and quotation processes to achieve targets with our existing client base.

 

We are looking for someone who has the desire to succeed both individually and as part of a team. To be considered for this role it is important that you possess:

 

• Experience in manufacturing and production activities with exposure to OEM plant and equipment.
• Working knowledge of OEM spare parts, sales, purchasing and associated regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, customer service, time management and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
• Technically minded, with the ability to read and comprehend drawings.
• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to respond to a changing work environment.
