Administration Assistant (Auckland, NZ)

This role will assist the finance team in accounts payable pertaining to suppliers and will also provide administrative support by way of filing and reception duties to ensure the smooth day to day operation of both the administrative and financial aspects of the Auckland Office.
 
 

The primary responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:


•General administrative support and filing.
•Accounts payable – processing of supplier invoices, statement reconciliation and payment processing accurately and within given timeframes
•Answering switchboard, greeting clients and maintain the reception area
•Ordering and maintaining stationery.
•Ensure clients are dealt with proficiently and to the utmost standards.
 

To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities:

 
•Previous experience working in an office administration role.
•Excellent telephone manner and confidence in the operation of a switchboard.
•Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
•Experience using Business Management System, Pronto (highly regarded).
•Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
•Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
•Capability to operate autonomously and with other staff as required, team orientated.
•Ability to work with minimum supervision.
•Desire to achieve best practise within role.
