Key Accounts Delivery Manager (Auckland, NZ)

Reporting to the General Manager Haden & O’Donnell Griffin you will be primarily responsible for the growth, development and management of the Key Accounts.  This key role will focus solely on understanding each of our National Key Account customer’s requirements in terms of contractual obligations and service level agreements; ensuring the deliverables of each Key Account is communicated to the business units.  You will work closely with the service businesses to ensure that key accounts deliver on contract objectives to enhance and improve service delivery levels. 
 

The primary responsibilities of these roles will include, but are not limited to:


 
•Ensure that National Key Accounts deliver on profitability and feasibility objectives.
•Improving service deliverables, beneficial to both the operational delivery teams and the client.
•Maintain and develop strong working relationships with existing Key Account customers
•Identify potential new key accounts; put together and deliver tenders/proposals of New Key Accounts
•Design and estimate solutions to meet customer requirements within the scope,
•Monitor and report the delivery of service against agreed targets, timescales and ensure appropriate action is taken to achieve desired outcomes
 

To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities:


 
•Technical background with a trade certificate would be preferable.
•Experience in a medium to large scale services operation with an understanding of branch structure and protocols
•A solid understanding of financial and business principles including contract management.
•Excellent relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively across both external and internal customers
•Demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts and improve on service deliverables
•Excellent organisational, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
•Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel and Outlook (intermediate - advanced level), knowledge of Pronto desirable
•A can do attitude and flexible approach
