HVAC Service Supervisor (Perth & Bunbury, WA)

An opportunity exists for individuals with drive, leadership and strong influential skills to lead our service teams based in Perth and Bunbury. Reporting directly to the Perth Branch Manager these positions are responsible in ensuring the service team maintain an excellence of service and delivery to our large client base plus maintaining client relationships.

You will be a highly motivated leader with exceptional communication skills and be committed to maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

This role is responsible for leading and managing business operations. Key responsibilities include:

·         Managing and supporting a team to contribute to business development success
·         Manage technician workload to ensue service activities are delivered profitably, on time and comply with contractual requirements.
·         Develop and support a team-based culture within a team that accepts change initiatives
·         Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation required for invoicing.
·         Work closely on a daily basis with Customer Service Centre Schedulers to ensure field force efficiency
·         Ensure employee compliance in relation to work programming and timekeeping
·         Work with customers to continually deliver outcomes that meet, or exceed, customer expectations today and in the future
·         Management and review all aspects or quotations and estimates
·         Promoting and adhering to all OHS&E policies and procedures

To be considered for this position you will need to have the following;

·         Trade qualifications
·         Must have mechanical HVAC experience with at least 10yrs+ in the local service market
·         Cert IV level Supervisory/Management training would be highly regarded
·         Minimum 5yrs+ in a similar Supervisory position
·         Strong leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills
·         The proven ability to problem solve and work under pressure
·         Experience in Business Development and excellent customer service/negotiation skills
·         Knowledge of Safety and Quality Management systems

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in the service industry or similar.
