Steampac Water-Tube

Steampac Water-Tube boilers are a safe, efficient and durable water-tube boiler plant, comprehensively engineered into an attractive package.


D-Type Water-Tube features:

  • Industry standard, proven D type boiler configuration from 2-30MW rated output
  • Standard pressures, 12bar/17.5bar
  • Higher pressures on request
  • Designed and manufactured in accordance with Australian Standards, AS1228 and AS2593
  • All models below 10MW are fully compliant with AS2593 and New Zealand requirements for unattended operation

D-Type Water-Tube boilers are suitable for a range of fuels including solid, gas, oil and waste heat.


Steampac WB

Efficient, robust design to BS2790 the Steampac WB Boiler incorporates three complete gas passes within the boiler.


WB steam boiler features:

  • Modern design with robust ancillary equipment
  • Three pass wet back shell boiler
  • Large evaporation surface and boiler volume to handle variations in steam flow

WB steam boilers are suitable for a range of fuels including oil, gas, coal and waste heat fired.

Steampac RF

The Steampac RF steam boiler achieves two effective flow passes within the combustion furnace tube, followed by a final pass through multiple tubes fitted with spiral flow retarders to maximise heat transfer and thermal efficiency. This compact design with high quality ancillaries offers robust and reliable performance.


RF steam boiler features:

  • Swinging front door for easy routine inspections
  • Compact design for tight boiler house layouts
  • High thermal efficiency saving on fuel consumption
